Arts Block Anecdotes

I was in the Arts Block in college today. Here are some tedious little things which I will now attempt to pass off as interesting.

Condom machine in the toilets. It sells two types of condoms, ordinary (or possibly ribbed or something) and "extra-safe". On the sign on the machine, ordinary has a little bubble saying "Fun". Extra-safe has a little bubble saying "Secure". So, two things can be taken from this, firstly that extra-safe condoms are not fun, but are suitable for use in banks, assuming that your bank allows sex. Secondly, ordinary condoms, while fun, are not secure, and thus presumably don't work. They are not really selling their product well. Incidentally, extra-safe had a further bubble saying "now easy-on". Presumably previous models had a combination-lock, or something.

Cafe. Apparently, if you pay 10 cents extra, you can get a paper cup instead of a polystyrene cup. They're the same size and so forth. Since paper cups tend to try to kill me, I doubt I'd bother. In fact, I can't imagine anyone ever doing this.
